Booking an appointment helps us deliver prompt and punctual services to our patients and visitors. It reduces the wait time and helps us attend to your health better.

Standard appointments are 15 minutes long for each consult for one patient. If you feel more time is necessary for the session, please notify us about it when you make the appointment.

Note: A longer appointment may incur an additional fee depending upon the case.

We try earnestly to maintain our appointment schedule so that you receive an efficient service without having to wait too long. However, sometimes an unforeseen situation or unavoidable emergency may lead to some delay. We request you to be patient at such times.

We care for your well-being and strive to attend to your medical requirements as promptly as possible. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notification, a booking fee is charged. To avoid this charge, notify us about your unavailability at least an hour prior to the appointment and you shall not incur any ‘no-show’ cost.

Information about test results:

• If your test results indicate further action to be taken, the Practice Nurse will get in touch with you.
• If you do not hear from us after a test, it means that the result shows no cause for concern.
• In case you are still worried, give us a call after two days of the test.
